After concluding the contract, you deposit 60% to the current account. Acceptance of the house by the customer is carried out in the workshop or remotely with the help of photo and video recording. After that, you pay the remaining 30%. After the installation of the house on the plot, you sign the final acceptance certificate, and from that day on the house is subject to warranty obligations. Then the remaining 10% of the additional payment for the house is made.
We fix standard delivery terms in the contract - 45-60 days for a house of 50 m2, terms for larger houses are discussed individually
The standard terms for building a house on a plot are 5-14 days, depending on the area of the house and its configuration. The distance, topography of the site, driveways, building equipment, weather conditions can make their own corrections.
We are confident in the houses we make, so we give a 5-year warranty on the structural strength of the frame and 1 year on all hidden defects, wiring, plumbing, and decoration.
