About
Prefab Building is a Ukrainian company for the production of modular buildings. Founded in 2019. We design, manufacture and assemble houses of the ForestHouse-2, Forest Modul, Forest Sauna series. The company is located in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Our team
We created the Forest House project and united under this brand of modular houses - a professional team of managers, design engineers, interior designers, electrical engineers, and a team of masters of various specialties who create the Forest House project.
How do we work?

Stages
Applicatiоn
The first step is to order a house or calculate the value of a house, fill out the form and send it to us.
Clarificatiоn оf details
The second step is the processing of the order, our manager will contact you to clarify the details, wishes, modifications of the house, consent, and conclude a contract with a deposit.
Productiоn
The third step is the production of a modular house at the enterprise, and the assembly of the frame of the modular house, installation and connection of all communications of the house, interior decoration, delivery and installation at your location.
Delivery
The fourth step is the delivery of the finished frame, which is transported to the prepared location for installation after carrying out all geological studies and topographic surveys, taking into account the wishes of the client.
Final assembly
The last step is the connection of external communications of the house, and the final decoration of the modular house. Final delivery to the client.
